I am pleasantly surprised at how great of service I received. Justin is one of the coolest technicians I've met. Aside from friendliness, he was on time (how often do you get that from anyone??), was dressed professionally, and communicated well. Our problem ended up being simple, but he was straight forward about it, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need or want. He gave us very useful knowledge about how to maintain our A/C and answered all of our questions. I feel like I got more than by money's worth. Him and his work has stood out positively from any kind of technician I've ever encountered. I feel that they are more than reasonably priced and will call them the next time I need help! I bought a new furnace from Western Heating & Air. They have great customer service. With any questions I have or concerns they have been right there to take care of me. I went on there plan to have yearly check up on both the furnace and air conditioner, they call me to set those up and the technicians they send are professional and always leave things clean.
